• 1.  How do I exchange via VGE?
  You simply have to select e-currency you are exchanging to, fill the form with your information and make a spend to our e-gold account .
• 2.  Exactly how much will I get e-currency for my e-gold?
  Our commission rates change to match market conditions. On the exchange page section there is a commission matrix where you can work out the cost. Generally we charge a fee starting from 0% to 4% plus fixed fee. A minimum fee applies and depends on the currency you are sending.
• 3.  How do I buy major e-currencies? (I live in Malaysia)
  It is easy to exchange, we accept users from all over world, you just have to fill the exchange form and make a spend to our
  e-gold account.
• 4.  How long does it take to exchange?
  VGE exchanges very fast, from 15minutes to 48 hours max, it depends on e-currencies we have on hand . (Exchanges to Bankwire takes 3-5 business days)
• 5.  Can i be sure, that exchanging is safe?
  Yes, you can. All money is insured by GNY(Greater NY insurance). VGE takes all actions to prevent fraudable activities. VGE also has a professional IT Security team.
• 6.  How long does it take to exchange e-gold to wmz, moneybookers, paypal?
  These exchanges are done very fast it takes ~15-45 minutes.
• 7.  E-gold to bankwire, how can i do it ?
  You have to fill the optional table with your bank account details in the order form. (Exchanges to Bankwire takes 3-5 business days)
